Veronique Hoog is passionate about people, and has been active in the business world for nearly 30 years. She is an accomplished management consultant, certified SAP consultant and has extensive experience in management, project management, business development; business re-engineering and technology. Her career spans both highly successful technology organisations (including Persetel and Dimension Data) and entrepreneurship. Hoog started Mpowas Resourcing five years ago. An exemplary communicator and manager, Hoog brings to Mpowa the ability to explore the emotional intelligence of professional prospects. Her business development experience stems from five years within the CNA Gallo Group developing businesses in the music and media arena.

Pamela Mthethwa’s 12 years career has spanned several industries. Her main focus has been in Insurance, both short term and long term; and also in the communications sector of government. She has also established a small call-center. Her passion for people and service developed whilst in a successful sales career.

Zandile Mkhize holds a three-year diploma in human resources. Her outstanding secretarial, administration, communication and IT abilities provide the backbone which allows Mpowa to run efficiently and smoothly.
